(Some banks will keep holds as long as 10 business days) If you cancel your order any time prior to the product shipping, you will receive a full refund for your order and the shipping cost. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you can return it at your expense and we will refund the cost of the product/s being returned, and provide you a store credit for the original shipping cost for purchasing a new product.

• Customer service is available between the hours of 10am - 4pm Mon-Fri and Noon to 4pm on Saturday. We are closed Sunday and all major and many minor holidays. Emails are usually answered within 24-hours or sooner.
